Dans le chaos bordélique d’une ferme du Morvan, Esteban, 7 ans, vit seul avec son père turc. Rentrant de la rivière avec une truite, Esteban trouve celui-ci à l’agonie, suffocant tel un poisson hors de l’eau. Dans l’imaginaire de l’enfant tout se mêle.

Seven year old Esteban lives with his Turkish father on an untidy farm in France. Coming home from the river with a trout, Esteban finds his father gasping for air like a fish out of water. Everything gets mixed up in the boy’s magical imagination.

Five people outside the justice find themselves bound in spite of themselves by a trial of assizes. It is during the suspensions of the hearing that they will express their reactions.
